Our goal is to exceed expectations. All our available animals are known by us to be healthy, eating regularly, and shedding normally. We keep and maintain detailed records of each animal to provide the best care for them, which results in the best quality reptile available to you.
Please read our Care Sheets before ordering. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at CustomerService@thecornpit.com soon as possible.
Live guarantee: We ship overnight am delivery (FedEx Reptile Shipper). You’ll receive your order live or the price of the animal will be refunded or applied to a replacement. For the guarantee to apply, purchaser must sign for shipment when they arrive and we must be notified immediately upon receipt if there is an issue (cost of shipping and Paypal 3% fee not covered).
We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via FedEx overnight am delivery. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express (via Paypal). Our Paypal account is: heather@thecornpit.com. 6% Sales tax is added to all orders shipped within Florida. Full payment must be received before any animals will be shipped.
For security reasons, our facility is not open to the pucblic We gladly meetup with local clientel, but there is a minimum order of $15.00. Liability on all transactions is limited to the cost of the animal or supplies purchased from us. Due to a few bad checks we have received, we have adopted a policy of only accepting company checks, if returned there will be a $50 fee and any court cost or expenses will be added as applicable by law.
